The Company:
EXL Premium Audit, a leader in the field, can complete all levels of premium audits on all auditable exposure types. We train our 450+ highly skilled professionals worldwide utilizing our industry-leading training platform and curriculum.
The Position: Client Services Manager for Premium Audit division.
This is a hybrid role based out of your home office anywhere in the mainland U.S. with occasional travel to interact with the team and clients.
Pay Details:
Up to $80k annually
Responsibilities: Manage assigned territory/auditors to achieve regional performance metrics. Achieve satisfactory customer service results for assigned customers. Maintain YTD and annual company performance metrics. Participate in the regional customer contact program. Create development plans that will identify bench strength candidates.
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time and perform responsibilities with little ‘face to face’ supervision. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects successfully. Knowledge in use of computers to document and record audit findings. Familiarity with overall organization and importance of audit functions. Ability to coach, train, mentor, and provide leadership to staff. Associates degree or comparable experience. High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: A minimum of three years or more of job experience as a Premium Auditor including minimum of one year of job experience as a mentor.
Preferred Certifications and Licenses: Certified in the ISO PAAS TAP Certification program. In process of completing the IIA APA program. EEO/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees.
