Our friendly and enthusiastic team inspires fun and surprise as they interact with guests to deliver the ultimate guest shopping experience. 

As LEAD CASHIER (Part-time Seasonal) you will:

• Demonstrate a mastery of the register system
• Handle special transactions to include returns and price overrides
• Open and close register

Qualifications:

• Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate product features
• Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff

• While performing the duties of this job, the Lead Cashier is frequently required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The Lead Cashier must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Zoo Atlanta requires that all team members working on the premises must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or must provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test on a weekly basis.
