YOUR ROLE: REGIONAL DIRECTOR
As a Regional Director at Event Network, you will be at the helm of multiple store locations, driving success, inspiring teams, and building partnerships that bring our guest experiences to life. You will lead with vision, guiding Store Directors and Assistant Store Directors to deliver operational excellence, meet ambitious sales targets, and ensure every store in your region exceeds expectations.

You’ll serve as the bridge between Event Network and our partner locations, creating lasting relationships and ensuring our stores operate at the highest level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor Store Directors and Assistant Directors across your region, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and exceed their targets.
- Drive Performance: Collaborate with the VP of Store Quality to develop and execute business strategies that boost sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with our partners, ensuring long-term success and creating opportunities for future growth.
- Champion Team Development: Work closely with People Services to create training programs that empower store teams to excel and develop their careers.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Partner with Store Directors to maintain the highest standards across all stores, from guest service to merchandise presentation.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges, recognize trends, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance the guest experience.
- Elevate Visual Standards: Work with visual teams to ensure every store delivers impactful and engaging merchandising that enhances the customer journey.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
As a Regional Director, regular travel will be required to support your teams and ensure success across your region.
