Compensation: 20.00/hr

 

JOB SUMMARY


The Client Experience Intern will have a primary focus supporting the Client Experience team. This role will provide broad program support to assist with ongoing client satisfaction and retention goals with a specific focus on ensuring client reporting and documentation is effectively managed.  This role helps support opportunities to increase the adoption of products and services focuses on client retention.

The idea candidate will be interested in a well-rounded opportunity supporting the Client Experience Team (CXT)  with opportunities to collaborate with other functions within CXT to Deliver a consistent client journey that drives long-term relationships through our commitment to transparency, active two-way dialogue, and a service-first approach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the enablement of client success by supporting CXT team members with reporting and coordination.
    • Ensure enhanced revenue opportunities are created in Salesforce and revenue estimates are accurate.
    • Provide auditing of client data to ensure fields are updated with accurate information and tie to Salesforce reporting.
    • Provide auditing support for the client resource contacts and ensue consistency between internal tools to increase communication effectiveness.
  • Partner with CXT to support our Client App by assisting with new page designs, scheduling notifications, supporting new implementation client access, and researching industry news and updates for potential highlights.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and coordination for primary governance meetings for Strategic and Enterprise clients
    • Assist with creating client presentations by gathering information related to their ongoing KPIs, SLA, data analytics, upcoming projects.
  • Complete tracking of enhanced revenue including the entry of Salesforce Opportunities, data updates, revenue estimates, and follow through to ensure invoicing occurs as expected.
  • Update and maintain internal content management solutions.
  • Support the renewal process by providing ongoing renewal reporting and updates, coordination of the amendment creation, ensuring invoices are updated as expected. Recording revenue increases for reporting as part of the enhanced revenue process.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure CXT collateral needs are updated as needed and available to support client conversations and ongoing meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned in support of the Client Experience team as well as participating in special projects as required.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES  


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and ability to simultaneously coordinate and advance multiple projects and initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


  • Student working towards a Bachelor or Master of Science in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
