Non-Foods Lead - Full-Time

NON-FOODS LEAD:  Hourly Lead Person in the Non-Foods Department who provides direct support to the Packaged Goods Manager in the day to day operation of the Department.  This person's primary duties include stocking, pricing, rotation, inventory [Backstock Control], returns, seasonal promotions, scanner maintenance, housekeeping, customer relations on the salesfloor, and the general supervision of Packaged Goods Department in the Manager's absence. Secondary duties assume Order Writing responsibilities for designated sections within the Department or for the lead Order Writer in his/her absence, and related activities as required or assigned.

1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
   
2. Previous Work Experience: 6 months previous nonfoods experience preferred. Order Writing and Merchandising experience preferred but not required.
3. Physical Demands: Lifting, Carrying, Bending, Stooping, Pulling And Pushing With Repetitive Lifting To 50#; Occasional Lifting To 80#.
4. Other Work Considerations: Customer and Organizational Skills; Productive; Able To Work With Minimal Supervision; Prioritize Tasks; Reliable and Dependable.
