Your mission:

Under the supervision of the Regional Branch Director, you will promote superior service, motivate staff to attain assigned goals as well as deepen member relationships with EECU.  You will be in charge of a competent team of sales and service employees active in building and maintaining member relationships.  Develop relationships with community representatives and organizations.  Represents the credit union at appropriate community events.

 

Additionally, you will clearly define roles and responsibilities, establishing short- and long-term goals by using open and supportive communication, and collaboratively solving challenges.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in procedures and processes normally conducted in a credit union branch office and hold, or qualify to hold, a position of Branch or Assistant Branch Manager, or have applicable related experience. Certification of a leadership course, or equivalent, is a plus. Current, or future, successful completion of the sales training and consumer lending training, is desired.
