Location: 939 Wooster Road N, Barberton, OH 44203
Ecore is looking for a Mixing Machine Operator to join their Barberton, OH team! You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
Shift: 2nd shift (Standard Hours are Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am)
Pay: $20/hour or more depending on experience
Core Essentials:
- Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe
- Set-up your machine at the start of each shift
- Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures
- Audit products to ensure high quality
- Participate in regular training and cross-train others
Essential Experiences:
- High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
This is a union represented position subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
