Location: 555 South Promendade Avenue, Corona, CA 92879

We are looking for a new Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, coordinate and budget construction and maintenance activities for our playground surfacing systems.  You will participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee the organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Project Manager Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience
Schedule: hybrid with 3 days in the office
Travel: 25% travel to job sites throughout California

Core Contributions:

  • Communicate with customers, site leaders, employees, and contractors. Relay expectations, plans, changes, and helping to resolve issues.
  • User your technical knowledge and experience to anticipate complications or potential failures to site plans and scope of work.
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to General Contractor’s, administrative staff, workers and clients representing the owner or developer.
  • Inspect job sites prior to installation for correct measurement’s, thickness, access, and compliance with ASTM, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Calculate materials needed for installation and communicate or purchases supplies needed for job projects.
  • Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Determine labor requirements and dispatch installation crews to the construction sites with specific instructions.  
  • Approach team objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders in order to schedule work assignments for installation crew and obtains all necessary permits and licenses. 

Essential Experiences:   

  • High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience 
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager in outdoor construction environment
  • Experience analyzing and planning workforce utilization, design layouts and workspace for maximum safety, quality and efficiency
  • Experience with construction plans and CAD in order to understand elevations and scale the plans
