We are hiring a new Troweler to install high quality, rubberized playground surfaces. Each customer order is unique and crew Foremen will provide direction for each project.
Troweler Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, depending on experience
Core Contributions:
- Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
- Trowel mixed material into playground surface area.
- Continually check product and monitor installation process to ensure high quality.
- Set-up and clean job sites with tools and installation equipment.
- Keep area clean to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Experiences:
- Multitask in a stressful, hot, and dirty outdoor environment
- Provide own transportation to various work locations
- Lift up to 80 lbs. throughout the day
- Read and understand units of measure and perform basic math functions
- Must be safety-conscious and carry out work responsibilities in a safe manner
- Must be able to work overtime to meet operational requirements
