Location: Abu Dhabi
Purpose: The OCONUS Aircraft Records Specialist role exists to support the Global 6000 program by performing aircraft record entries into the project local data software program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform multiple levels of scheduling maintenance of assigned aircraft in accordance with applicable instructions, technical orders, and commercial maintenance programs
- Develop logistics scheduling documents ensuring the successful accomplishment of all requirements
- Read and understand maintenance manuals and manufacturer’s maintenance program(s)
- Become familiar with project local software requirements for aircraft data entry
- Communicate with the Base Maintenance Manager on any aircraft record issues
- Manage, and perform configuration management; validate suspense and verify correct parts are installed in the proper configuration on assigned aircraft
- Assist in the tracking, and coordination of the Airworthiness Directive (AD) and Service Bulletin (SB) programs as they apply to aircraft
- Assist with the development of inspection work packages, and scheduling them in the ERP system
- Ensure logbook entry review is completed with accuracy and efficiency and presented to Quality Control
- Develop operational and maintenance scheduling requirements for all assigned aircraft, and engines
- Forecast known requirements to meet all scheduled maintenance and inspection requirements
- Update and coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules and conduct aircraft record reviews and maintain aircraft historical records in accordance with applicable instructions
- Report on applicable aircraft maintenance paperwork using MS Office Suite efficiently
- Manage all aircraft records in accordance with 14 CFR part 43.9 and requirements set forth in Dynamic Aviation’s 145 Repair Station Manuals and AS9000 series manuals.
- Research life limited parts data establishing times on aircraft parts and upload the parts data into ERP System
- Verify correct flying hour data is correctly accounted for and updated in the company ERP system.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and report any unsafe conditions

Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to travel away from home location
- Strong oral and written communication skills and capable of working in an exceptionally dynamic maintenance scheduling environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high attention to detail
- Previous experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Aircraft records experience preferred
