Headquarters: Bridgewater, VA

Job Purpose:  The Pricing Analyst gathers and interprets financial data to develop pricing models, proposals, and to perform financial analysis.

Duties:                                                                          

• Prepare financial models and presentations for Program Managers and Senior Management
• Develop cost structure per location and cost structure per contract requirements
• Analyze source documentation and historical work data to prepare estimates for duration, cost, materials, labor, revenue. Prepare and substantiate BOM’s (bill of materials) and BOE’s (basis of estimate).
• Compile and analyze financial performance at the project and program level
• Gather and interpret financial data to perform financial analysis and produce forecasts

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Excel is required, experience with Microsoft PowerQuery preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar field of study preferred

• Ability to clean, format, and transform datasets (Excel, PowerQuery etc)
• Must be detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to participate in a supporting role in executive-level meetings and presentations
• Ability to develop strong working relationships in a virtual environment
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and requirements
• High degree of initiative, motivation, and low tolerance for error
• Experience in BI applications (PowerBI, Tableau) or SQL based reporting applications (SSRS) is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred  

Related Experience/Education: 

• Previous experience performing similar responsibilities for a small or medium sized government contractor; previous experience with commercial or firm-fixed contracts is preferred
