Responsibilities:

• Perform the meat/seafood cutting functions 

• Weigh all meat/seafood items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice. 

• Communicate any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work needed. 
• Keep records, budgets, and inventory.
• Perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
• Educate new joiners on different selections and types of poultry, beef and fish as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butcher
• Experience in whole animal butchery
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
