Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the affected departments; including ensures production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met 
• Ensures products meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to customer’s instructions. 
• Work alongside a team with a Hands-on approach.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to work 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area 
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
• Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills 

Qualifications:

•  Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Computer literate
