We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, high energy, and detailed orientated Meal Orders Desk Associate to join our team in our New York Unit.

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the relevant departments. 
  • Provide vital data for daily production of fresh high quality foods items. Maintain correspondence with airline stations regarding flight schedules and meal orders.
  • Provide flight data and daily production quantity information to operational and production departments
  • Make production forecasts using data on passenger numbers and maintain and update information on airline passenger numbers in the company systems. Generate and distribute production and delivery plans
  • Communicate and coordinate tasks with other departments
  • Create and review reports as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Minimum of 1 years of year of work experience in an administrative field
  • Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MS Navision, Airvision and SITA as well as experience with an ERP systems is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
