We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational Dishwash Supervisor to join our growing Miami Team!

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.
  • Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine. Maintain international waste protocols including spill cleanup
  • Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.
  • Monitor stacking and sorting clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas.
  • Report any issues within the department (i.e. production, inventory, team members) to the manager.
  • Oversee the dishwashing room operations for the assigned shift and ensure all dishwashers are working within appropriate timelines and on assigned tasks.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period as necessary.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency
  • Position requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
  • Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
