Job Overview: Join our dynamic Rotational Development Program designed to develop future leaders in operations, engineering, and supply chain management. This program offers hands-on experience across various departments, providing exposure to critical functions within our organization. As a rotational associate, you will work on impactful projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals to accelerate your career in operations and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
Rotation through Departments:
- Start the program as a Production Supervisor, leading an assembly area, managing key performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to meet production goals.
- Participate in structured rotations across different departments such as operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each department’s role, processes, and contributions to the organization.
Project Management:
- Execute assigned projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables and achieve measurable results.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions and best practices.
- Implement lean principles and methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and participate in negotiations to optimize procurement processes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Support compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all operational activities.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior internship or work experience in operations, engineering, or supply chain is preferred.
