Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and campaigns. You will play a key role in conducting market research, gathering insights on industry trends, competitive positioning, and target audience behaviors to inform strategic marketing decisions. Additionally, you will assist with content creation, product sample buying, and digital marketing initiatives, gaining valuable insights into the industry and the daily operations of a marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry benchmarks, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies and campaign development. Analyze data from various sources to provide insights that will guide our product positioning, promotional tactics, and content strategies.
  • Assist in Content Creation: Support the team in creating and editing engaging content for multiple marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, website content, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with insights gathered from market research.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, engagement metrics, and market performance to help refine marketing strategies. Assist with compiling reports and presentations to summarize key findings for the team.
  • Campaign Support: Support the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, helping to track performance metrics, gather post-campaign insights, and report on results. Use market research findings to make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Product Sample Buying: Help coordinate the purchase of product samples for marketing purposes, managing the logistics of product sourcing, and tracking budgets. Work closely with vendors or suppliers to ensure timely delivery for product reviews, photoshoots, or giveaways.
  • Launch Assistance: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, contributing insights from market research to drive event success.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, managing databases, and updating marketing collateral.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in market research, data analysis, digital media, and product promotion.
  • Proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or interest in purchasing or sourcing products is a plus.
