4962 - 71212 - Utility Machine Operator 

Monday - Thursday (5:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

Set up and operate various machines and perform various duties to ensure and promote the efficient and productive functioning of the facility by performing the following duties.

Label boxes, inspect products, and package as needed.

Assist in maintaining / up -keep of warehouse and controlled warehouse areas.

Pull raw material based on pulling tickets for work orders in process.

Stage pulled raw materials in a manner that follows storage guidelines.

Set up and operate assigned machines according to product requirements.

Perform machine maintenance on a regular schedule and as necessary.

Count and inspect parts accurately.

Clean machines and work area daily and on weekly schedule.

Inspect or count materials for accuracy or damage; Inspect in process work at interim or final step.

Account for lot completion by initialing and dating the work order and “make sub-assembly” work orders as to account completed.

Move work-in-process throughout facility.

Assist in conducting cycle counting as needed.

Load and unload trucks as needed; maintain a clean work area.
