The Supply Chain Analyst:
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by integrating Power BI reports with operational strategies.
- Develop and implement tools and methods for supply chain data collection, analysis, and reporting, prioritizing Power BI.
- Analyze supply chain data using Power BI and Excel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations that monitor supply chain performance and KPI’s.
- Support KPI achievement by developing Power BI tools to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain planning strategies using Power BI reports for effective decision-making.
- Assist with inventory optimization projects, utilizing Power BI to model and evaluate scenarios.
- Oversee inventory procedures and support optimization projects for storage and utilization.
- Support reporting on vendor evaluation and RFP impact using Power BI dashboards.
- Provide leadership with Power BI-driven insights to support IBP review preparation.
- Develop and maintain IBP-A models to support demand and supply planning.
- Create and maintain accurate BOMs, auditing and reporting accuracy regularly.
- Facilitate discussions to resolve BOM-related issues, supported by data analysis from Power BI and Excel.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs in alignment with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Work effectively to maintain interdepartmental communication, cooperation, and respect.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a proficient PC user.
- Proficiency with Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop actionable insights from data analysis.
- Must be comfortable presenting data analysis and recommended actions to large groups of people.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
