ROLE SUMMARY

 

CorePower Yoga is looking for a manager to support our growing Sales Team’s training and recruiting needs. If you are a strategic and visionary leader, then this is the role for you! You’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative training programs that elevate our consultative sales model. This role supports our sales managers in driving sales performance, by enhancing our student experience. Your role will include designing and implementing learning solutions encompassing learning assets, self-pace and facilitated experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates, identifying and hiring new sellers, effectively onboarding and providing ongoing development. You’ll partner cross-functionally with a special focus on collaborating with our Field Leadership Team.  Candidates should align with our company values, be highly self-motivated to drive results, and have an insatiable desire to learn and grow to maintain deep product knowledge and scale enablement at pace in a fast-moving environment.

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners including Sales Leadership and other cross functional leads to determine sellers learning and performance needs and prioritize to achieve business results
  • Identify future hiring needs and strategy to ensure we’re meeting targeted headcount including new and existing team members.
  • Source prospective candidates and conduct interviews in partnership with Field Team leaders to ensure we identify talent aligned with our core values
  • Assess and close gaps in current onboarding process for new sales team members
  • Lead the integration of new products, tools, and sales strategies into training programs to support successful launches and adoption.
  • Standardize sales resources to ensure they’re turn-key for new/existing team members
  • Partner with the Sales Managers to host ongoing training and development sessions
  • Effective and persuasive written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

 

 

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimal experience in recruiting and/or learning & development of 1-3 years required
  • Experience designing and facilitating new hire training and continuous education training for customer success/retention teams focused on growth
  • Proficient in managing projects with multiple deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional partners
  • Skilled at facilitating workshops and trainings for small and large groups, in-person and remotely
  • Entrepreneurial/self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Represent and be an ambassador for the CorePower Yoga brand

COMPENSATION

 

  • $65,000-$70,000 annual salary
    • Candidates in Washington State will not be considered
  • 10% Annual Bonus Potential
