ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Product Manager is a key member to the Digital Team at CorePower Yoga. The Digital Team oversees improving, designing, and driving the digital student and teacher experience across CPY’s website and mobile application. The Associate Product Manager’s role is to create meaningful and impactful product strategies to reduce user friction (internal & external) and improve the overall customer journey. We are the owners of all our products & services and are diligent in documenting product requirements and design strategies. We recommend innovative site enhancements and functionalities, as well as manage scrum, QA and bugs. We are data-driven and love to test & learn. This role will report directly into the Senior Product Manager. We look forward to having this role support our dynamic team!
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Define and deliver digital product enhancements and features to help drive customer and company value
- Evaluate product opportunities and determine what to deliver and help shape the product roadmap
- Monitor and report on product performance against KPIs
- Transform product opportunities into a solution, developing business cases, product requirements, and documentation
- Develop acceptance criteria, feature lists, user stories during the estimation phase with Technology/Engineering
- Owner of product acceptance; you will work with Engineering and QA to ensure product deliverables function as desired and are of the highest quality
- Collaborate with Technology/Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Operations; manage cross-functional coordination and facilitation between internal/external stakeholders
- Lead and manage product projects with effective prioritization, internal resource allocation and cross functional collaboration; ensuring workload is appropriately assigned and resource constraints are identified
- Manage deadlines and keep projects on track. Providing mitigation plans and being proactive in escalating issues to key stakeholders
- Thorough meeting minutes, status updates and requirements gathering to follow up on important actions and decisions; ensuring projects adhere to key deliverables set forth and all documentation is appropriately maintained and captured
- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
- Develop materials to communicate project statues and manage expectations
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Product Management and/or Business Analyst role, and strong understanding of mobile and web technologies
- Demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that have impact
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize mission-critical work
- Ability to get things done and drive projects to completion through prioritization and managing expectations at the executive level
- Digitally savvy, self-motivated and proactive
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and eagerness to make an impact
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in product/project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable etc.

COMPENSATION
- $61,000 annually
- Bonus potential up to 5%
