Department: Stadium Operations
Reporting Relationship: Stadium Operations and Vendor Manager
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (as well as, all stadium events (which may include nights, holidays, and/or weekends)
Status: Full-Time (Non-exempt)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for all aspects of Stadium Operations, which is inclusive of: general stadium upkeep, major stadium event set-up and breakdown, as well as support for all operations and events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate event preparation and logistics for all stadium events (trash cans, tables, chairs, stairs, stages, security screening, dumpsters etc.)
- Coordinate set up and break down of building operations for major and special events
- Maintain and manage inventory of all stadium owned equipment and furniture utilized daily and during major and special events
- Assist with stadium set up of interior, exterior, Atrium dome, and club level spaces and the load in for all stadium events
- Coordinate IATSE Labor for stadium event set up/breakdown and major stadium conversions
- Coordinate IATSE on stadium event days
- Provide oversight and quality control of stadium vendors and sub-contractors, to include F&B, cleaning, Union Labor and others as assigned
- Daily walks and monitoring progress of vendors and sub-contractors as assigned.
- Ensure stadium cleanliness in areas of high importance. Monitor cleanliness of the bowl, ramps, storage, loading dock, and office spaces daily.
- Assist with concert preparation and event logistics to include but not limited to, floor protection, chair installation, equipment coordination, signage, field LED installation/breakdown
- Coordinate stadium storage spaces, keeping them clean and organized
- Assist Cleaning, recycling, and sustainability efforts
- Special projects as assigned by the Operations and Vendor Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Operations experience working in a stadium or arena facility
- Event set up and break down in a large stadium, arena or facility
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays when necessary
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment screens
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with food and beverage operators, concerts, and other stadium events
- Forklift certification

Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Sitting and working at desk on a computer
- Walking throughout the stadium
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Operating heavy machinery
Work Environment
- This job operates mostly outside and in/around a stadium facility, which may include inclement weather conditions.
