SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW:

are looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join our accounting team. The Pricing Coordinator leads the process for pricing updates on both individual automotive parts and on kits in support of our OEM customer. The Pricing Coordinator monitors customer margins and resolves price or cost concerns in a timely manner.

We currently have a hybrid work model, with personal office space and in-office work three days/week.

 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – Pricing Coordinator

  • Provide quote and pricing for the packaging of individual products.
  • Provide quotes to our customers in timely manner.
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable to reconcile price discrepancies.
  • Work on price sheets with key customers each month, reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis and profitability analysis.
  • Manage specifications as required by the industry and customer.
  • Utilize various pricing models for maximum accuracy and efficiency.

  
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – Pricing Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, finance or accounting ideal
  • Experience working with accounting systems, SAP preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required – vlookup and pivot table experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage handle multiple projects at once
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, with strong customer service
  • Time management and communication skills
  • Good math and analytical skills
