Quality Team Lead Job Description:

The Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality in our assembly manufacturing processes. This role focuses on implementing quality control measures, monitoring production quality, and leading a team to achieve excellence in product quality.

Quality Team Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily quality assurance activities in the assembly area to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits of processes and finished products to identify any quality issues.
• Train and guide team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports for management, summarizing performance and improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Quality Team Lead Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in assembly manufacturing or quality control roles. (Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. (Preferred)

Work Environment:

• Assembly manufacturing facility with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
