Injection Molding Technician

Position: Injection Molding Technician 
Shift: Third Shift 

• Training is during Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

• Hiring for Third Shift: 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.  

Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in scientific molding principles, robot and automation equipment operations, and a strong technical aptitude to maintain and improve the injection molding process. This position requires attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Injection Molding Operations: 

• Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines and associated equipment. 

• Monitor production runs to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. 

• Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed. 

• Scientific Molding Knowledge: 

• Apply scientific molding principles to optimize and improve processes. 

• Analyze data and adjust parameters to achieve consistent results. 

• Automation and Robotics: 

• Program and operate automation equipment. 

• Ensure proper integration of automation into the molding process. 

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting. 

• Maintenance: 

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, molds, and equipment. 

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. 

• Safety and Compliance: 

• Follow all workplace safety standards and company policies. 

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience and Skills: 

• Prefer someone with experience in injection molding processes. 

• Some knowledge of scientific molding and processing techniques. 

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting robotics and automation systems. 

• Hands-on experience with machine operation, and parameter adjustments. 

Schedule: 

• Full-time 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Day Shift) while training
