In this role, you will be crucial in executing comprehensive strategies to enhance customer experiences, improve conversion rates, and achieve marketing automation excellence with identified growth countries within EMEA.

 

Note - The candidate should be willing to come into our London office 1-2 days/week and working remotely the other days.

   

Job Responsibilities:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Responsibilities are listed by level of order of importance.

                                                                                                                

  • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing Director to implement marketing automation and personalisation strategies aligned with the regions growth objectives, industry trends, and customer experience requirements.
  • Personalisation Deployment: Oversee the deployment of personalised marketing strategies using persona insights and advanced technologies to enhance user engagement, relevance, and conversion rates.
  • Content Optimisation: Collaborate with Content Writers to optimise content for targeted keywords, ensuring each piece of content is search engine-friendly. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for optimising existing content and creating new content that aligns with country specific search trends and audience needs.
  • Conversion Optimisation: Lead marketing automation and personalisation strategies alongside CX and Content strategy teams to ensure website and marketing assets effectively turn prospects into customers. Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing automation and personalisation performance, utilising analytics to provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies by enhancing marketing automation processes and efficiencies, increasing lead generation and reducing operational costs.
  • Learning and Growth: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing automation, personalisation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, data analytics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent project management
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in other European languages an asset but not essential.
