Coke Florida is looking for an IT Analyst based out of our Hollywood, FL, working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support for multiple users and locations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for local and centralized systems throughout Florida
- Work to ensure timely resolution and communication of hardware requests
- Assist in resolving support requests across all Coke Florida facilities
- Acts as shift and after hours on-call point of escalation for supported locations
- Catalog and manage IT inventory assets
- Image and Deploy Coke Florida Workstations
- Align with local leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in IT Infrastructure
- Develop and publish knowledgebase articles to assist helpdesk staff address incidents
- Contribute to overall team effort in achievement of established SLA’s
- Consistently meet and exceed established benchmarks in performance set forth by management for respective role
- Provide feedback to Management on local business objectives and maintenance windows
For this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Broad skillset with the following technologies:
- Windows Desktop troubleshooting
- Network administration (add, move, change)
- Device Management Tools (Intune, MDT, Etc..)
- Active Directory
- Cloud computing awareness
- Awareness of contemporary software application technologies and IT service methodologies
- Successful problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a diverse environment
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
