Coke Florida is looking for a Planner based out of our Tampa location. We’re currently looking for 8:00AM to 5:00PM shift, working Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do: 

As a Coke Florida Planner, you will be responsible for creating strategic and tactical production plans to maintain proper inventory levels for multiple distribution centers across Florida.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Planning and dispatching on an accurate and timely basis to meet established metrics. 
  • Working with management teams to ensure that scheduling, routing and service are optimized and efficient. 
  • Using software and tools to identify the lowest cost solution based on need. 
  • Continuously improving our dataset to optimize our model and service. 
  • Providing daily communication to management of labor and equipment needs. 
  • Determine the necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources required to achieve both short- and long-term goals. 
  • Evaluate a problematic situation and create a resolution based on planning and reasoning. Use logic, judgment, and data to drive decisions. 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to service which leads to satisfaction for both internal and external customers 
  • Able to work as part of a multifunctional team to meet desired business goals. 
  • Establishes rapport and develops relationships with all key stakeholders. 
  • Visualizes, articulates, and solves both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and makes decisions that make sense based on all available information. 
  • Quickly learn and apply knowledge, skills, and judgment by assessing and translating information technology into responsive and effective planning solutions. Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) required. Preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ORACLE or JDE.  

For this role, you will need:  

  • Some prior Planning or Analytical experience. 
  • High School Diploma or GED. 

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role: 

  • 1+ years of experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
