Coke Florida is looking for a Raw Materials Planner based out of our Tampa location. We’re currently looking for Monday-Friday, working 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm.


What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Raw Materials Planner, you serve as a cross functional link in support of the Coke Florida Manufacturing Plants
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as cross functional link in support of the Coke Florida Manufacturing Plants, production planning raw materials needs with additional collaboration with other planning functions such as lifecycle, demand, etc..
  • Accountable for generating the required raw material forecast for suppliers/procurement accurately and timely to be reviewed with Raw Materials/Production Manager and/or Production/Lifecyle Manager.
  • Support execution of innovation, promotional packaging, production trials and ad hoc production projects.
  • Provide considerations to exit planning for discontinued materials. Provide risks and trade off options for assessment.
    • Support management of raw materials allocations & constraints.
    • Support efforts to reduce and eliminate raw materials waste.
    • Be actively learning production and other planning activities to build understanding of integration of activities.
    • All other assigned planning activities and needs.

For this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in planning, or other relevant roles
  • Experience in analysis and ability to work with complex models/spreadsheets
  • Strong process mind approach
  • Traveling can be required to plants to improve understanding of plant functions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities balanced with quality work needed to support the team.
  • Strong people, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate successful experience working in a cross functional team environment.
  • ERP software experience required (SAP or JDA preferred)
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. (Ability to use functions such as pivots, Vlookup, etc)

Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Finance is highly preferred
