Registered Dietitian - PRN

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for coordinating all phases of nutritional care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of residents, patients and employees.

This position is for approximately 6 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a baccalaureate degree in an accredited didactic program in dietetics
• Successful completion of coordinated program or dietetic internship with a minimum of 1200 hours worked under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian
• Registered Dietitian status by the Commission of Dietetic Registration; candidates eligible for registration may be hired with the understanding that registration will be achieved within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed dietitian-nutritionist (LDN) for state of Florida.
