Position Summary:  

As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at ClearCaptions by collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the smooth handling of installation and service tickets. This position demands excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. 

 

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Installation Coordinator Supervisor. 

 

Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 9:00am PST-5:30pm PST. Off Tuesday and Wednesday. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Manage scheduling and assignment of field service work orders in partnership with Field Techs, Business Development Managers and third-party vendors. 
  • Monitor and address at-risk assignments and installer inquiries using service/repair and install dashboards.
  • Manage vendor work assignments post completion, including processing approvals for payment extraction to meet pre-determined service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales Team to align sales volume with scheduling needs and operational processes.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of vendor installs to meet monthly quotas.
  • Ensure timely response to internal inquiries. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
  • Strong attention to detail. Scheduling experience is a plus.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams) 

 

Physical Demands: 

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:   

  • Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)   
  • Keyboarding (70-90%)   
  • Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)

Compensation:
