Position Summary:   

The Compliance Analyst will evaluate and audit all internal process and controls to document and validate company processes are working as designed and to ensure regulatory compliance. The Compliance Analyst will work with our internal departments and management team to collect and review data and use findings to help optimize processes and develop stronger more effective business strategies.  

 

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Senior VP of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance. 

 

What you will do:   

  • Responsible for performing audits on the full suite of the Company’s Process and Controls to stakeholders and systems are performing as expected to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and business best practices.
  • At the completion of each audit, prepare an audit memo, which will be shared with the key stakeholders, outlining the audit findings, whether the audit passed or failed, and any recommendations if applicable.
  • Prepare and present monthly audit reports to senior management.
  • Represents the department and organization positively by being a good business partner when working with other departments in the company.
  • Works with the Senior Compliance Manager and Compliance Investigations Manager to ensure company processes and controls are within compliance of FCC guidelines.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Evaluate all compliance policies and procedures and work with the Senior Compliance Manager to ensure the necessary Process and Controls are in place to ensure consistent compliance with the FCC rules.
  • Help administer and review all compliance programs and assess all system changes in the organization and coordinate with all business units to perform the required audits to maintain an effective of organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience. 
  • 2 years’ experience in a risk or compliance related position, or similar analytics experience is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
  • Superior attention to detail to identify and correct risky practices.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate business needs.
  • Efficiency and speed while maintaining a focus on accuracy for all communication and deliverables.

Physical Demands: 

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:   

  • Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)   
  • Keyboarding (70-90%)   
  • Viewing computer monitor, tablet, and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)   

 

Work Environment: 

100% Remote Work environment is primarily indoors at home or other business meeting venue, exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions.    

 

Compensation
