Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Internal Product Manager who is passionate about developing, optimizing, and managing internal tools, systems, and processes that support the organization’s operational efficiency and strategic goals. This role bridges the gap between business needs, technology, and cross-functional teams to ensure internal products and platforms enhance productivity, scalability, and overall performance. If you have an entrepreneurial mentality, are keen to holistic thinking, and are driven by helping others, we are looking for you! You will work in a dynamic and motivational environment, collaborating across multiple departments to troubleshoot, manage and launch internal products that deliver on the company’s vision and strategy.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Director of Product Management.
What you will do:
- Owning the product lifecycle, including product/market research, prioritization, planning, creating requirements, roadmap development and product launch.
- Analyzing feedback, ideas, market, and industry updates to fill product gaps and innovate.
- Collaborating closely with all internal departments to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Generating well defined business cases to create buy-in for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with marketing on go-to-launch strategies and developing internal product positioning and messaging for trainings and internal buy-in.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the internal customer experience

Qualifications:
- BS degree in marketing, sales, engineering, or equivalent preferred
- 3 years of experience in a product management role or function
- Experience in translation of product strategy into requirements.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Ability to self-educate and work with minimal assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and problem -solving skills.
- Preferred experience in product management software such as AHA, Product Plan, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding time frames.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)Knowledge of Salesforce, Couchbase, GreatPlains, NetSuite and other corporate software applications strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
- Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
- Keyboarding (40-60%)
- Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)
Work Environment:
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
Compensation:
