Position Summary:
This position of Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in oversight, management, monitoring, and coordinating multiple projects within the Strategy Execution team. This role will serve as the liaison between Program Leaders and internal and external partners to ensure continuous collaboration and monitoring of program deliverables. This role focuses on ensuring accurate measurement of project outcomes through comprehensive data tracking, auditing, and reporting. This role is essential to maintaining project momentum and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting teams to deliver top-tier customer service.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to Director, PMO Services
What You Will Do:
- Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and summaries. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Coordinate meetings, create agendas, and manage schedules for project-related activities. Follow up on action items and escalate issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and enhance operational efficiency to improve project delivery and support customer service excellence.
- Collect and organize project data, including performance metrics, to assist with reporting and decision-making processes.
- Support team in identifying potential risks, documenting issues, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Review and ensure that current practices are accurately reflected in existing policies, recommending updates as necessary.

Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role; experience in telecommunications or customer service-oriented environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian, Monday.com, or similar) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions,and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
- Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
- Keyboarding (40-60%)
- Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)
Work Environment:
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
Compensation:
