CLARK Material Handling Company, is a 100 year old company, and a global  leader in the material handling and forklift industry. CLARK is seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

This position is located in our Global HQ facility in Flower Mound, TX. This position is an onsite position and does not offer hybrid work. 

 

The primary function of the Salesforce Administrator  position is for the design, implementation, support, and administration of Salesforce Clouds. This assisting with data management, analytics, and reporting critical to effective decision making. The Salesforce Administrator manages and supports system upgrades, patches, testing, and other Salesforce technical projects as assigned. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the configuration and implementation of Salesforce Systems and Clouds and any related components needed by company and or users. Serve as primary Salesforce subject matter expert to resolve issues related to system’s configuration, design, and functionality.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce systems security and user permissions based upon appropriate role functionality and authority.
  • Function as Salesforce systems specialist. Provide technical systems support including, but not limited to, diagnosing, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Partner with internal and external teams and contacts to coordinate application of upgrades or patches.
  • Configure, maintain, and support a variety of reports as needs.
  • Generate key measurement reports from Salesforce and periodic ad hoc customized reports for special projects as needed. Monitor/audit data entry for accuracy.
  • Serve as systems liaison with internal and external customers (e.g. – Any department and dealership personnel using Salesforce).
  • Maintain Salesforce data confidentiality and integrity in systems by using periodic audits and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date systems user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Train Salesforce users on new processes and functionality along with new system users as needed.
  • Provide backup Helpdesk support of questions or issues pertaining to Salesforce and its various components.
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the user experience.
  • Participate in Salesforce user group meetings/conferences as necessary.
  • Continuously increase both Salesforce and its component knowledge.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned and Salesforce projects as assigned. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Successfully passing Salesforce Administrator Certification a MUST. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in computer science or like major or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Minimum 1 year working in a Salesforce environment.  A B2B / manufacturing field preferred. 
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with our users in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce functional operations and information systems, principles, methods, and practices. Knowledge and demonstrated skill in data and database management methods and practices.
  • Must be detail oriented, with outstanding tracking and follow-up skills.
  • Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the US without sponsorship 

Physical/Environmental Conditions:

This position is in a fast-paced office environment typically assigned to a cubicle workstation. Most of the time is spent problem solving and researching concerns using a computer terminal. There maybe occasions that require time to be spent in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled.
