Product Specialist

The Product Specialist will work with the Project Design team and the Operations Manager to ensure all products are updated in our systems accurately and on a timely basis.  This position will manage and maintain creation of new product kits within our schematic design software, Scope, and assist as needed with the maintenance of products within our quotation software, QuoteWerks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation of new product kits within Scope and QuoteWerks software.
• Reference price sheets and other vendor information to ensure pricing and part numbers are current and correct in all systems.
• Work with Operations Manager to manage kitting of products and components as needed based on feedback from Project Design team.
• Perform product updates in the systems.
• Audit Excel documents with other systems.
• Attend industry specific trainings and stay current on technologies and products.
• Suggest adjustments to the product menu as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in architecture, lighting, or engineering preferred.
• Experience in software or app development preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large spreadsheets and data sets.
• Aptitude for part numbers and technical details.
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up the use of new apps and software.
• Enjoys digging deep to learn how systems and products function, relate to one another, and contribute to the living experience in a home.
• Curious and self-driven with an entrepreneurial, growth-mindset.
• Team-oriented to collaborate effectively with peers. Mission-oriented, willing to jump in and take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to get the job done.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $75,000
