Clinical Engagement Specialist MSW/MHC

In this role you will:

work closely with consumers to ensure that they attend and fully participate in their treatment/care with the agency. The Engagement Specialist contacts and sets up new referrals, helps to set up appointments and meets consumers during the intake/assessment process.

What qualifications do you need:

·     Master's Degree in Social Work or related field. 

-  Maintain NYS MSW/MHC/MFT licensure. 

Preferred:

·     Experience working with adults, adolescent, children and families.

·     Flexibility with schedule—evenings and some weekends required.

·     Bilingual (English/Spanish/Bengali/Creole)
