Summary

The Non-Profit Onboarding and Implementation Coach will play a critical role within the Impact Collaborative (IC), facilitating the onboarding of community-based organizations (CBOs) and non-profits into IC’s ecosystem. The role involves introducing them to IC’s product offerings, guiding them through the adoption and implementation of innovative solutions, and providing ongoing mentorship to ensure successful outcomes. This position directly contributes to IC's mission to disrupt generational poverty through the incubation and scaling of tech-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding of Non-Profits and CBOs:

- Lead the onboarding process for new non-profit partners, ensuring they understand the IC product offerings and services.

- Conduct initial assessments to understand organizational needs and customize product introductions accordingly.

 

Product Demonstration and Implementation:

- Provide in-depth presentations and demonstrations of IC’s product offerings, including tech platforms, analytics tools, and other solutions.

- Oversee the setup, configuration, and successful implementation of technology and program tools.

- Offer technical support and act as a liaison between the CBOs and the technical team.

 

Mentorship and Coaching:

- Act as a mentor and coach for non-profit partners throughout the implementation process.

- Offer guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and scaling impact-driven solutions.

- Provide training sessions on key tools and methodologies to ensure the non-profits can efficiently use IC’s products.

 

Ongoing Support and Relationship Management:

- Establish strong, long-term relationships with CBO partners to foster trust and collaboration.

- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure the successful integration of solutions and troubleshoot any challenges.

 

Data and Analytics:

- Help organizations utilize IC’s data and analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure outcomes.

- Assist in interpreting data to enhance operational efficiency and impact.

 

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and collective ideation meetings to engage CBO partners in continuous learning and improvement.

 

Key Deliverables:

1. Onboarding Milestones:

- Successfully onboard new non-profit organizations to IC’s ecosystem within xx days.

- Conduct at least 2 comprehensive product demonstrations for each organization within the first xx days.

 

2. Implementation Plans:

- Develop customized implementation roadmaps for each non-profit partner based on their unique needs.

- Ensure at least xx% of partners fully adopt and integrate key product offerings within 6 months.

 

3. Coaching & Training Sessions:

- Deliver a minimum of 4 training and mentorship sessions for each CBO during the first quarter of onboarding.

- Provide follow-up coaching as needed to ensure successful product adoption and measurable outcomes.

 

4. Data Utilization & Reporting:

- Enable each CBO partner to use IC’s data analytics tools to track KPIs related to service delivery, efficiency, and community impact.

- Assist CBOs in generating at least 2 data-driven reports per year to measure program success.

 

5. Feedback Loop Creation:

- Establish a continuous improvement feedback loop where CBOs report back on their experience and outcomes, leading to actionable product or strategy enhancements.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Onboarding Completion Rate:

Percentage of CBOs successfully onboarded and using at least one IC product within x months.

 

Product Adoption Rate:

Percentage of CBOs utilizing at least xx% of the recommended product suite by the end of x months.

 

Satisfaction Score:

Measured through post-onboarding surveys and quarterly feedback sessions with CBO partners, targeting an xx% or higher satisfaction rate.

 

Impact Measurement:

Number of CBOs that report measurable improvements in key service delivery metrics (e.g., mental health service access, program efficiency) through the use of IC solutions.

 

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

At least xx% of CBOs using IC’s data analytics tools to track program outcomes and make strategic decisions.

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or product implementation roles.

- Strong familiarity with community-based organizations and their operational challenges.

- Proficiency in using technology platforms, data analytics tools, and project management software.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in mentoring or coaching.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s degree a plus

 

Working Conditions: Hybrid
