Role Overview:
Provides support to leadership with detailed operational, financial and data analysis for the service line or market. Serves as principal contact for data integration and system development requirements for the service line or market.
Role Responsibilities:
PERFORMS DATA MANIPULATION, QUERYING AND REPORTING ACTIVITIES.
- Defines querying requirements, extracts data and creates reports, as needed, without supervision
- Coordinates with leaders to standardize reporting
- Obtains appropriate data from client required for program-specific qualification efforts
- Manages files provided by customer, converts to required formats, analyzes data, reviews for issues.
- Works with service line leadership to resolve issues with client information
- Prepares data mapping analysis on files received by clients as necessary for appropriate uploading into Human Arc’s information systems.
- Works with IT team to ensure proper upload of data into systems
ENGAGES IN MONITORING AND ANALYSIS
- Assists teams with analyzing data
- Processes weekly/monthly reporting. Identifies issues or concerns based upon the data.
- Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance trends. Identifies issues or concerns.
- Works with appropriate people and entities to establish, verify and update appropriate benchmarks for like teams.
- Analyzes client reports in advance of release to client to identify areas of success or concern
- Analyzes reports to determine if existing processes, procedures, and systems are effective
- Supports the budget development and financial review process
ENGAGES WITH IT AROUND SERVICE NEEDS
- Works with IT to develop appropriately detailed business specifications necessary to create or modify service's business systems.
- Participates in workflow development
- Works with IS to continually improve tools needed by the service line (inlcues indentifying errors/issues and assisting in their resolution
ENHANCES QA EFFORTS
- Works with leadership to create and implement quality tools
- Analyzes current workflows, forms and processes for efficiencies and accuracy
- Troubleshoots process problems for root cause
- Identifies and supports implementation of operational, process or system enhancements needed to improve process efficiency or quality
- Serves as a key driver of project plans for improving and automating process and quality
- Supplements the work of others in the creation and implementation of QA programs
- Coordinates with leaders to standardize process across service line
- Updates leadership on activities, issues, and concerns
PROVIDES CLIENT-RELATED SUPPORT TO THE SERVICE
- Shares appropriate information with clients to update their data systems based upon Human Arc’s completed qualification efforts
- Analyzes client data looking for opportunities to positively impact total reimbursement results.
- Analyzes global data to determine prospecting target opportunities
- Prepares historical distribution results, analyzes data classifications as well as other reviews necessary to help give clarity to potential opportunities.
- Engages in business development opportunity analysis
CONDUCTS MARKET-FOCUSED REVENUE ANALYSIS
- Re-engineers reimbursement models
- Prepares analysis of historical & future reimbursements based upon model(s) or information provided by the prospective client.
- Prepares projections of the current or projected financial value of services to client and Human Arc
- Prepares client reconciliation analysis
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent knowledge of Project planning
- Excellent knowledge of Fundamental analytical concepts, practices and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of auditing practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Data-mining products and principles
- Excellent knowledge of appropriate quality tools for the job (i.e. root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
