Role Overview:

 

The Product Delivery Analyst II supports leadership with detailed operational, financial, and data analysis, serving as the principal contact for data integration and system development requirements for the service line or market. Under the direction of the Product Delivery Manager or Delivery Owner, and in close partnership with business leadership, The Product Delivery Analyst identifies, designs, and implements technology-based solutions that improve service, technical delivery, lower operating costs, and increase revenue. The Product Delivery Analyst will execute a systematic approach to gather, organize, document, communicate IT and business requirements, including development and testing of business process and workflow solutions for all lines of business. The Analyst coaches and mentors junior analysts.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supports the needs of the Data Governance Program
  • Applies strong business, technical and consulting practices knowledge to collect and analyze data
  • Engages in process analysis and requirement solicitation/documentation for process, system, technology, and operational changes
  • Analyzes workflow processing across the lines of business to streamline, standardize and optimize workflow in the organization
  • Coordinates with Director of Governance to standardize process across service line and internal metrics and reporting
  • Obtains appropriate data from IT or business required for program-specific qualification efforts
  • Serves as a key driver of project plans for improving and automating process and quality
  • Continually improve tools needed by the service line (includes identifying errors/issues and assisting in their resolution)
  • Analyzes business data looking for opportunities to positively impact services and/or target internal or external opportunities for improvement
  • Differentiates workflow tasks that have other task dependencies from tasks that are event-driven and incorporates event-driven processing as required
  • Manages data provided by internal or external customers, converts to required formats, analyzes data, reviews for issues
  • Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance trends
  • Works with appropriate groups to establish, verify and update appropriate benchmarks
  • Works with Director of Governance to create and implement quality tools
  • Works with development teams to help define or clarify business logic requirements utilized by workflow
  • Understands and agrees to role-specific information security access and responsibilities
  • Ensures safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organizations information security policies
  • Reads, understands, and agrees to security policies and complete all annual security and compliance training

 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT-related position, such as information business analyst, systems analyst, IT consulting, or project management
  • Experience with and understanding of Data Governance Programs or data-driven projects
  • Ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate vision and goals in all solutions
  • Ability to ‘translate’ technical information to users with a variety of skill levels
  • Healthcare and regulatory experience are strong pluses
  • Excellent knowledge of data structures
  • Knowledge of auditing practices, compliance requirements and fundamental analytical concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of workflow development and diagramming (both operational and information systems)
  • Knowledge of internal IT processes and software development processes (waterfall, iterative, agile)
  • Strong understanding of Agile Delivery Methodologies
  • Basic data-mining products and principles knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of database management
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and an orientation towards continuous improvement
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is bonus eligible in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
