Job Summary
The CBI Data Quality Manager oversees the data team within the Quality Management department. This position will be responsible for the validation, quality, analysis, and communication of CBI’s data, particularly as it pertains to the quality of services provided as well as to inform CBI’s overall corporate strategy. The Data Quality Manager should be familiar with data validation, analysis, strategy, governance, infrastructure, informatics and will assist CBI in moving our data management forward in all areas. The Data Quality Manager will be responsible for enacting an overall data quality strategy for the organization. Each employee will be held accountable and responsible for fulfilling each of these duties as well as having the capability to carry them out.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Programming or Technology, Engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare data management, analysis, strategy, or similar required. Preference for experience specific to behavioral health.
- Advanced understanding of MS SQL required.
- Preference for experience with NextGen.
- Must have Power BI or equivalent experience.
- Must have 3-5 years prior management experience.
- Valid identification required.
- Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) or equivalent certification required.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional certification preferred.
- Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist (CHTS-PW) certification preferred.
- Practice Workflow and Information Management Redesign Specialist certification preferred.
- CompTIA Data+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- Microsoft Azure Database.
- Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
