This role is limited term and will end 06/2026.

As the Project Coordinator for the Teaching Together Home Visiting Program (TTHV), you will play a pivotal role in providing coordination and leadership for our home visiting program. You will work closely with TTHV staff and the families we serve, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and in line with the Parent as Teachers curriculum. Your responsibilities will include screening families for eligibility, developing case plans, and connecting families to essential resources and services. This position is key to supporting CAPSLO’s mission of helping clients and their families achieve self-sufficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Family Studies.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a highly responsible administrative or management position in social services or a non-profit environment, including program planning and administration.
  • Must be bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish.
  • Must have dependable, insured transportation, and a valid California Driver License (mileage to be reimbursed) and acceptable driving record. A DMV printout and proof of insurance will be required.

As a Project Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate TTHV services and collaborate with the TTHV team.
  • Provide case management services and conduct regular home visits.
  • Engage with families to create case plans and comprehensive needs assessments.
  • Assist families in connecting with community resources and services.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with families to support their journey towards self-sufficiency.
  • Develop outreach materials and recruit families for the program.
  • Schedule and lead program update and case review meetings.
  • Collect and compile data for program evaluations and reports.
  • Network with related agencies to link families to TTHV groups.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and socialization sessions as needed.
