KIDSPACE - ASSISTANT MANAGER FULL-TIME

Under the direction of the Kidspace Manager, the Assistant Kidspace Manager ensures a successful, safe, clean, kid-friendly and customer service-focused environment for our members, guests and associates. They inspire members and guests through movement, community and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives. The Assistant Kidspace Manager delivers this experience with knowledgeable staff, engaging programming and spotlessly clean, safe environments.

The Assistant Kidspace Manager assumes all Kidspace responsibility in the absence of the Kidspace Manager. The Assistant Kidspace Manager also works with other club leaders to achieve financial goals, deliver exceptional customer service, promote innovation and team education.

Prior childcare and management experience required. Experience in planning and coordinating recreational activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, social and special events preferred.

The pay range for this position is $42,000 to $45,000. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/perks and paid leave.
