We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This is a part-time position that can work up to 28 hours per week, with a minimum requirement of two shifts per week. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests. They will be responsible for building connections and relationships with our members while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community.
  • Act as a fitness concierge, assisting members in achieving their fitness goals by promoting and suggesting appropriate fitness services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and locker rooms to uphold the club's standards of cleanliness.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, registration, and answering phone calls.
  • Provide information about club facilities, programs, and services to both members and prospective members.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience in a hospitality, fitness, or related industry is preferred.
  • Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed on their fitness journeys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Position Details:
  • Part-Time: Up to 28 hours per week.
  • Minimum requirement of two shifts per week.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate availability.

  1. The pay rate for this position is $16.00/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
