The Columbia Association Aquatics Division is looking for experienced swimmers/instructors at least 18 years old to teach private 30 minute one on one classes. Applicants should be able to confidently model the four basic strokes and independently determine the needs of individual clients. We are looking for candidates who are mature, friendly and comfortable working with varied personalities to ensure the most effective lessons for our members. Hires from outside the Columbia Association may be required to first work as a lesson instructor to demonstrate the higher level of instruction we expect at the Personal Swim Trainer level. Team members will be required to complete ongoing training deemed necessary by their supervisor.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 to $33.75. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role.
