Salary Range: $80-100k

Job Description

What You Will Accomplish

  • Develop and execute strategic pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across independent properties.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive data, and demand forecasts to drive proactive revenue decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies with revenue goals.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, identifying opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels, including OTAs, brand websites, and third-party partners.
  • Lead revenue strategy meetings and provide data-driven insights to help make decisions in business evaluation and RFP processes
  • Ensure rate parity, system integrity, and compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • Strong understanding of building rate offers, packages and digital marketing associated with marketing promotions and offers.

  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within luxury or boutique hotels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving business performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to market conditions and ability to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong acumen in forecasting and supporting multiple stakeholder requests.
  • Assist in developing 3-month, 6 month and 12-month strategic action plans
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results.
  • “Can Do” attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects and support multiple stakeholders.

 

Great If you have

  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, SynXis, STR, OTA Insight).
  • Experience working with independent or lifestyle hotels.
  • Familiarity with luxury resort revenue strategies, including high ADR market segments
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to produce reports on ad-hoc basis to support revenue management eco-system.
  • Experience in Profitsword and Excel
