Revenue Manager

Salary range: $70-75k

What You Will Accomplish

• Support a portfolio of 8 Branded hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt) located in multiple regions.
• Manage up to 8-10 RMS systems daily to drive revenue and market share.
• Analyze market trends to determine optimal pricing strategy and yield strategy daily to drive transient sales.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and have strong understanding in business evaluation and RFP processes
• Analyze demand trends, rate sensitivity and booking patterns. Strong understanding of building rate offers, packages and digital marketing associated with marketing promotions and offers.

• Strong acumen in forecasting and supporting multiple stakeholder requests.
• Candidate must be able to maintain strong internal and external relationships and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Assist in developing 3-month, 6 month and 12-month strategic action plans
• Demonstrated track record of achieving results.
• “Can Do” attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects and support multiple stakeholders.

Great If you have

• Certified in Marriott One Yield Version 2, Hyatt Pro, GRO and understanding of Lighthouse revenue platform.
• 2 years of revenue management experience. Experience managing portfolio of different brands
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and reporting
• Ability to produce reports on ad-hoc basis to support revenue management eco-system.
• Experience in Profitsword and Excel a plus
