Mid-Level Collection Management/Instructional Designer
STS Systems Support is seeking career intelligence professionals with Military and/or Agency Collection Management and ISD (curriculum development) experience to assist the Defense Intelligence Agency in revitalizing and standardizing Collection Management standards, practices, doctrine, and training across the DIA and Intelligence Community.
Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington DC
Must have the following:
Active TS/SCI
Knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles, and practices in multi-INT collection management and skills applying this knowledge to difficult work assignments
Subject Matter Expertise in Collection Management, and Collection Requirements, Collection Planning Methodologies, and Collection Operations Management
Professional knowledge of a wide range of all-source intelligence principals, concepts, and techniques to accomplish difficult and complex work assignments
Knowledge of applying all-source collection capabilities and processes against prioritized regional and transregional target sets
Ability to apply all-source intelligence analysis to collection requirements or collection operations
Ability to leverage solid written and verbal communication skills to prepare and confidently deliver briefings and papers to senior officials
Experience providing Collection Management support
Highly Desirable:
Instructional Systems Design (aka Curriculum Development) experience and/or certification
