Facility Project Manager

SGS is seeking a Facility Project Manager at Lackland AFB, TX.

Position Description:  Plans, develops, and manages facility FSRM projects for accomplishment by work order or contract.  Develops cost estimates and scopes of work for engineering projects.  Provides construction management/surveillance for in-house maintenance and repair as well as contract projects.

Requirements:

Top Secret/SCI required.

Wide range of facility and infrastructure design, cost estimating, facility condition assessment, construction management, and environmental experience.  Understanding of Air Force Civil Engineering and Communications operations and work accomplishment system.

Minimum eight (8) years of experience

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft “Project”

Working knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD). 

Highly desirable:

Air Force Civil Engineering experience, especially 32E, 3E571 or 3E591  Engineering Assistant or 3E671 or 3E691 Work Control Specialist AFSC experience

Bachelor degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering or architecture
