Action Officer / Management Analyst

TSS is seeking an Action Officer/Management Analyst to support our mission at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX.

Active TS/SCI required

Responsibilities: 

• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel.
• Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
• Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Prepare management reports defining, evaluating, and recommending solutions. • Develop and apply time and cost networks to plan, control, and review large projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or STEM highly preferred.
• Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks at once
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Action Officer or Administrator in military service.
• Military experience or experience working alongside DoD personnel. 
• MS Suite experience 
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
